Stony Run Souper Bowl for GEDCO CARES Food Pantry
Stony Run will host its annual Souper Bowl of Caring fundraiser for GEDCO CARES food pantry at the home of the Brand/Wilms Floet family on Sunday, February 8 beginning at 5:30 PM.
Held each year on Super Bowl Sunday, Souper Bowl of Caring for CARES is designed to fight hunger by collecting food and monetary donations for their food pantry. It's an opportunity for the Stony Run community to enjoy the fellowship of each other, and contributing to help hungry and financially struggling neighbors in North Baltimore.
Here are a few ways to participate, even if you are not able to make it to the party:

Bring a donation to put in the soup pot in the Meetinghouse,

If you would like to bring a donation to event or to the Meetinghouse, right now, CARES is particularly in need of the following items:
- Tuna
- Jelly
- Instant coffee
- String beans (preferably canned)
- Kidney beans (preferably canned)
- Black beans (preferably canned)
- Chickpeas (canned)
- Diced tomatoes (preferably canned)
- Tomato sauce (canned)
- Canned corn
- Pork and beans
- Canned pink salmon
- Canned chicken
- Chef Boyardee items
- Tea bags
- Cat and dog food
- Hygiene items
- Household items
