Religious Education
Committee of the Month (February 2025)
The Religious Education (RE) Committee has responsibility for programs for the children and teens on Sunday mornings and for special activities at other times. RE also provides and/or supports intergenerational activities, and has provided occasional adult sessions on the Quaker Way and Bible. RE maintains a small library of curriculum resources to help teachers plan lessons as well as art and craft supplies. We thank the current members of the RE Committee and those who assist them as teachers, including those who serve as a Friendly Adult Presence for Young Friends and nursery attendants. This work is deeply meaningful to our Meeting, especially to our Young Friends. If you are interested in assisting with the work of the Religious Education Committee, please speak to one of our committee members.
