Resources for Friends: Quakers vs. DHS
On Monday, Quakers from BYM and two other Yearly Meetings took legal action to prevent armed immigration enforcement in our Meetings and on our properties.
- Consider how you might welcome visitors
While it is possible we may receive some negative attention, it is more likely your Meeting may have visitors and returning Friends who were enlivened by the news - Watch & share this joyful TikTok
- Consider how your Meeting might take precautions to protect your immigrant members, attenders, and neighbors
- Print Know Your Rights cards for your Meeting House
- Donate to DemocrayFoward, who are representing Friends pro-bono
