Movement for Wholeness

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 AM. Join Sara Workeneh, a trained movement therapist, for an hour of gentle movement using a diversity of seated and standing stretching methods, incorporating elements of Qigong, yoga, and T’aiChi. The class is held on the lower level of the Meeting house, in the double classroom or Dining room, depending on the number of participants. Sessions are free, though donations are welcome as led. And there is no need to sign up in advance, just drop in whenever you want.
