A Community Thanksgiving: Donating 25 Thanksgiving Meal Boxes
As part of its November Related Action, the Interfaith Coalition for Black Lives (IC4BL), provided Thanksgiving meal boxes to 25 Baltimore City Schools families at Federal Hill Elementary.
Each box contained a frozen turkey, instant potatoes, rice, macaroni and cheese, canned vegetables and fruit, yams, stuffing mix, gravy, dinner rolls, juice, and a pumpkin or sweet potato pie.
Originally, the goal was to deliver 15 meal boxes. However, thanks to the generosity of the Stony Run community and the other IC4BL member organizations, we were able to provide Thanksgiving meals to even more families in need.
